Shipping Policies
Shipping Policy

Current turn around time for all orders is 7-15 Days (Business Days). I ship orders daily Mon-Fri and occasionally Sat of every week.

All orders ship USPS ground & USPS first class. You will receive tracking information as soon as the package ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update before contacting me. All packages are insured.

All international orders ship USPS First Class mail. Buyers are responsible for any customs and iport taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. Route must be purchased at the time of check out for package insurance. If your package is lost or damage during transit you must submit a claim through Route for a refund or replacement. Please allow 2-3 weeks for replacement. 

If package is not scanned by USPS after is picked up we are not reponsible for delivery time once it leaves our hands. I will assit in locating the package by opening a "Where is y package" claim with USPS.

Customers will be responsible for shipping fee if wrong adress is provided on order and item needs to be re-shipped.

NO address changes are made after the order is placed we are NOT responsible for wrong addresses. We do not offer the option to have the address changed after the order is placed it will ship to the address provided.

Refund Policy
